Flexcon WWT Well Tanks: Quality and Performance Guaranteed

The WWT Series of diaphragm well tanks from Flexcon Industries are designed to give the features you need and the quality you want. Engineered specifically with the contractor in mind, WWT tanks incorporate Flexcon’s famous double diaphragm concept. Two halves of a FDA/NSF approved 100% butyl rubber diaphragm are held together with a steel clench ring. They are affixed to the bottom of the tank with a stainless steel water connection and finished with a steel elbow. This creates a water chamber that is completely isolated from the steel walls of the tank and ensures that the water that goes in is the same as the water that comes out.

The tanks are manufactured with cold rolled steel and finished with primer and high gloss quality paint. Clean air tight welds are achieved using the most modern welding equipment available. A trim strip on the bottom of the skirt helps prevent damage during installation. Each tank undergoes a rigid quality inspection process that includes high pressure testing, seam weld tests and our famous helium test. The final air charge check before packaging ensures that every tank arrives on the job site with the specified aircharge.

WWT tanks are available from 14 gallons to 119 gallons and are backed up with a five-year warranty. We have the tank you need for every job and the name to stand behind it

New & Improved Smith's Quick Fit Hose Kit

The Quick Fit Hose Kit from Smith’s is an accessory for the Quite-One kickspace heater that reduces the time and effort required for installation. Whether adapting to finished cabinets or other hard to reach places, the hose kit and fittings provide the installer with flexibility that simplifies the installation and reduces the potential of damage to surrounding surfaces. The Quiet-One kickspace unit installs easier as all tube connections can be made before the installer slides the Quiet-One into its final resting place under the cabinet.

In the unlikely event that the unit needs to be serviced or checked, the installer can now pull the kickspace out into the middle of the floor rather than climb into the cabinet. For the contractor it saves time and money. For the homeowner, it eliminates the removal of cabinets or sawing the cabinet base.

Emerson Swan Now Offers Exclusive Online Training

Training is core to what we do. We've hosted thousands of contractors, engineers and wholesalers over the years on seminars that feature the latest technologies and products in our industry. But what happens when the training day is over? Attendees are often left with printed materials that they can review, but some prefer a more visual approach to learning.

That's why we've launched a new series of online training modules that will serve as a refresher to our popular seminars, starting with Basic Hydronics and Basic Electric. These new online training modules are exclusive to our attendees only. We've broken down our full and half day seminars into eight 10-15 minute sections. Below is a preview of our Basic Hydronics course.

How can I access the full seminars?
Easy, just attend one of our seminars in person! All attendees will be given access to the online modules for review anytime they want. If you've attended our Basic Hydronics and/or Basic Electric courses in the past, you're already registered! Just visit https://emersonswan.wistia.com/login and enter the email used to register for the class. Then type the password: Hydronics.

More online training modules for other subjects are coming soon! All former and future attendees for each subject will have access to the online versions. We know you're going to find these tools beneficial. But remember, these are exclusive for our attendees only. So don't miss out. Come see us live to get special access to these online training courses. Visit our website at http://www.emersonswan.com/resources/training.html to register for a future class!
