Taco Hot-LinkPlus | Link Up To Instant Hot Water Comfort!

Taco has another exciting new addition to their growing family of Domestic Hot Water Recirculation comfort products, the Hot-LinkPlus™.

Hot-LinkPlus combines the advanced capabilities of their SmartPlus™ with the convenience and reliability of their Hot-Link™ bypass valve in one convenient product.

Hot-LinkPlus provides a simple, easily-installed, reliable solution to growing water shortage problems. It helps to save the average family of four up to 12,000 gallons of water annually. And it is 94% more energy efficient than standard recirculation circulators.

How It Works
Hot-LinkPlus has two operational modes to fit the needs of any household. In "Smart" mode, it monitors and records the home's hot water usage pattern. In optional Pulse mode, the circulator pulses periodically to maintain hot water at all fixtures. In Vacation mode, which is automatically activated when Hot-LinkPlus detects no water use for 36 hours, the circulator turns off, and activates for ten seconds every seven days to prevent corrosion and scale buildup. The Hot-LinkPlus bypass valve's unique thermal disk technology sends cooled water back to the water heater so hot water lines remain hot.

Easy To Install
First, install the Hot-LinkPlus bypass valve at the faucet furthest away from the water heater. Then install the Hot-LinkPlus circulator at the water heater. Once installed connect the temperature sensor to the hot water supply pipe and plug the 6' power cord into any standard 120V electrical outlet. Everything needed to install and operate the system is in the box.

High Intensity Ceramic Infrared Heaters

Modine’s high intensity ceramic infrared heater is approved for indoor unvented installation. It does not utilize a fan, thus eliminating noise and draft distractions. Gas and power connections are simple and maintenance is inexpensive, since there are no moving parts to maintain. The New Face Of Powers Showers

Powers has put a new face on its two most popular HydroGuard® bath and shower valves. The new e420 combination T/P and PB410 pressure balancing series valves now feature contemporary trim with stylized metal face plates and ADA-compliant metal handles. More importantly, each series now incorporates integrated checkstops to prevent the occurrence of cross flow in the event of unequal water pressures.
