Neutra-Safe System Feeders

Neutra-Safe System Feeders are designed to feed and maintain pressure in closed-loop hydronic systems and thermal solar systems that require up to 50 PSI of cold static pressure for use with water or glycol (up to 50%) solutions. Also known as a glycol feeder, they include a digital control, industrial duty pump. They efficiently eliminate the need for a pressure-reducing valve and a back-flow preventer. There is no permanent connection to the potable water system.

Neutra-Safe System Feeders detect system leaks and they limit fluid loss in the event of a major leak or freeze up burst. The fluid level is molded into tank and there is a digital control to display precise pressure settings of 0 – 50 pounds per square inch (psi). Dry alarm contacts are provided for remote notification of fluid loss.

The NEW Crossover Commercial is made of durable 316L stainless steel with a hi-fin heat exchanger design for superior performance. The CGH has a thermal efficiency of up to 95% and a UEF of up to .92. With an advanced modulating system this commercial water heater has a 10 to 1 turndown ratio with a very low pressure drop requiring only a small pump to provide maximum output. The Crossover Commercial is eco-friendly and boasts a low NOx combustion system all while maintaining the option to cascade up to 18 units for system redundancy and a large turndown (up to 180 to 1). This water heating system is wall mountable, easily fits into small spaces and is available in both liquid propane and natural gas.

It also includes a Multi-function Control Panel that features a customized temperature control system. These controls work together to make domestic hot water even more comfortable by maintaining constant temperature while the unit is in use.

Raychem HWAT Self-Regulating Electric Heat Trace Cable

Raychem HWAT self-regulating electric heat trace cable is designed to provide hot water temperature maintenance for domestic hot water supply pipes in commercial and residential structures. The heat trace cable is installed on the hot water supply pipes (underneath standard pipe insulation) and replaces supply-pipe heat losses at the point where the heat loss occurs, thereby providing continuous, energy-efficient, hot water temperature maintenance and eliminating the need for a recirculation system. Since the heat trace cable utilizes Raychem's self regulating technology, the cable adjusts its power output to compensate for variations in water temperature and ambient temperature. That means it produces more heat if the temperature drops and less heat if the temperature rises.

Combining the HWAT heating cable with the HWAT-ECO controller provides a flexible hot water temperature maintenance system that will both compensate for installation variations and provide adjustable temperature set points to maximize energy efficiency.
